About Kryha:

Kryha aims to accelerate the transition to trusted, accessible, and private decentralized technology by making programmable privacy accessible to everyday use. Currently, Kryha devotes all of its time to the growth and success of Obscura Network.

About Obscura:

Obscura Network is a peer-to-peer marketplace for confidential data services. It connects application developers and data service providers to streamline the development of private decentralized applications. As a first step, Obscura offers a platform that provides RPCs and oracles on leading privacy-first blockchains such as Aleo, Aztec, Dusk, and Polygon Miden. In this light, developers leverage Obscura's specialized infrastructure to efficiently develop, deploy, and maintain applications prioritizing user privacy.

Job Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer at Kryha, you play a vital role in advancing the Obscura platform. Your focus will be optimising and maintaining the infrastructure supporting privacy-oriented applications on leading privacy-focused blockchains. You are responsible for architecting and creating solutions that ensure our live systems are highly available, optimized, and stable for our customers. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, ensuring the seamless integration of backend and frontend components.

Responsibilities:

  • Dual focus on product reliability and developer productivity.

  • Improve important infrastructure and systems from an operational standpoint (i.e. deployment, logging, monitoring, alerting, etc.)

  • Optimize and manage RPC endpoints, APIs, and SDKs, enhancing the efficiency of app development on privacy-focused blockchains.

  • Work closely with backend and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and quality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of Obscura applications and nodes.

  • Develop and own best practices for managing production infrastructure: provisioning, application scaling, configuration management, capacity planning, monitoring

  • Provide input into long-term platform requirements and operational guidelines with a focus on reliability

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve the Obscura platform.

Our Culture:

We're a dynamic and lively team at Kryha, fostering a culture that balances bold work with downtime. We offer a beautiful office, flexible work options, Friday drinks, inspiration sessions, team lunches, sports activities, and annual team getaways.

What’s in it for you:
